Meeting Planner Guide

The Fairbanks Meeting Planner Guide is a comprehensive publication that contains information on meeting facilities, accommodations, support services, activities and attractions. The guide includes a list of the services offered by the Explore Fairbanks Meetings & Conventions team and the Meeting Planner Tool Kit, designed to assist those who are volunteering or taking on this “other duty as assigned.” It includes beautiful imagery of meeting venues, as well as a grid format that provides sizes and occupancy numbers of the meeting and event spaces.
