Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center is a non-profit dedicated to preserving Alaska's wildlife through conservation, education, and quality animal care. AWCC takes in injured and orphaned animals from the wild and provides refuge. AWCC maintains over 200 acres of land to provide animals with "healthy habitats." With these large natural spaces, animals display their natural "wild" behavior. Visitors may see brown bears cooling off in water, a bull moose strutting, wolves howling and more!
