Winter Solstice Soiree Shows: December 13th-17th, 2023

Join us for the Sixth Annual Winter Solstice Soirée, an evening of aerial and acrobatic arts entertainment.

Golden Heart Performing Arts has become a community centerpiece for jaw-dropping movement-arts education and performances across the state of Alaska. Our program is focused on exploring the body as the primary medium through the disciplines of Circus, Aerial and Acrobatic Arts. We work with all students ranging from ages 2 to Adult.

This year is very special to us as our thirty person Troupe has been training with two International Artists in Residence joining us from Bangkok, Thailand and Montreal, Canada. Our skill level and presentation of movement arts have excelled tremendously. This December our Performance Troupe will WOW our community with over 15+ Circus Arts Acts. We expect our shows to sell out.

2023 Theme // On an expedition, a group of Spelunkers (Cave Divers) find a natural void in the ground, just large enough for a human to enter; thriving with adventure and new life. These Spelunkers take a trip to the unknown where reality is disconnected and gravity doesn’t exist. In the 2 hour production we will reimagine, ignite and excite you!

Tickets only available in person starting Monday, November 13th at 2:15pm. No refunds. Final sales. $35 Adults, $20 Youth under 18 if accompanied by an Adult ticket. Very limited ticket availability.

5) Holiday Market & Silks with Santa on Saturday, 12/2 from 10am-6:30pm // LUMI Coffee Bar OPEN! (Crafter? Host a booth! Have a little one? Bring them in to meet Santa for a photo 2-6pm.)
6) Buy a Ticket to the Show! Available in person on Monday, 11/13 at 2:15pm in person only!
7) Donate an experience for our fishbowl raffle during the shows! We are looking for 6 activities to raffle off at a show!
