Winter is the perfect time to lean into consistency, warmth, and movement that supports you, body and mind.
 
The TRAX 21 Winter Challenge is about showing up, building rhythm, and creating healthy habits that actually last. No pressure. No perfection. Just steady commitment and the support of an incredible community.
From February 1 – March 2, every class on our schedule counts toward your goal of 21 classes. Flow, strength, heated, restorative ~it all counts. Come when you can, as often as it feels good.
Whether you’re a seasoned regular or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this challenge meets you where you are and helps you build momentum through the heart of winter.

How It Works
Attend classes throughout February (through March 2)
Every class counts~including multiple classes in one day
Reach 21 classes by the end of the challenge
