Learn how to plein air paint in a three-day artist workshop with April Knox! The Fairbanks Arts hosted workshop will include lectures, hand-outs, demonstrations, and individual instruction on the process and approach to painting outdoors.

The workshop will take place outside on location in Pioneer Park, June 20-22. The class will meet from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day. All levels of experience are welcome!

April will demonstrate and teach her approach to plein air painting, focusing on values, composition, shapes, and color. Participants will come away with the tools to paint outdoors confidently.

There will be a maximum of eight (8) participants to ensure quality individual instruction.
