Come learn the steps of making and keeping a sourdough starter and then put that starter to good use with a sourdough bread recipe.
During this class we will demystify the sometimes complex recipes of this delicious type of bread by breaking down each step in the process. We will mix the dough in our second class and send you home to bake in your home oven and fill your house with wonderful smells! We will also discuss different bread making schedules, different baked goods that can be made with sourdough, and the wonderful world of sourdough online resources and books.
Naomi will have sourdough starter to share with students.
