Is your child curious about ballet but not sure where to start? The Beginning Ballet Workshop at North Star Ballet is the perfect entry point for boys and girls ages 9–12 with little or no prior dance experience.

In this friendly, structured, and supportive setting, students will build confidence, coordination, and the foundational skills of ballet. By the end of the week, dancers will be ready to join North Star Ballet’s A1 Ballet Technique class in the fall semester if they choose to continue!

🩰 Workshop Highlights:
✔️ Learn basic ballet positions, steps, and movement vocabulary
✔️ Gain the skills needed to join regular technique classes in the fall
✔️ Experience the discipline and creativity of ballet in a fun and welcoming environment

🩰 Dress Code:
Girls: Any leotard and tights, hair in a bun or similar style
Boys: Leggings or shorts with a fitted T-shirt and ballet shoes
