A Celebration of the Chinese Winter Solstice 
Escape the ordinary and step into a world of silk, song, and story as we celebrate the Chinese Winter Solstice at the far end of the Silk Road!

The Baron and Baroness have been “traveling,” you see—lured by promises of fine mead, shimmering fabrics, and new adventures. Now, they’ve arrived ready to share in a night of games, merriment, and cultural celebration!

Feast & Fellowship:
We’ll host a potluck dinner—please bring a dish that serves at least six. Chinese-inspired dishes are especially encouraged as we honor the flavors and traditions of the season.

Garb
Hanfu is encouraged (especially Song Dynasty styles), but all are welcome—come as you are or in your favorite festive attire!

Enjoy:

Directions:
Make your best way to the Johansen Expressway in Fairbanks. Exit at Danby Rd, then turn onto either Hampstead Ave or Bainbridge Blvd. The Community Center is located where the two streets meet.
