Hello Everyone! It is time for our initial announcement of the 4rth of July Picnic! It will be similar to last year in regard to events as follows:

a. 10:00 am Firemen's 5K run; 9:30 am registration

b. 11:00 am West Valley School Color Guard; National Anthem

c. 11:15 am Blessing of the food; Pastor Wayne Shea

d. 11:20 am Start serving lunch; bratwurst, cheese burgers, Italian sausage links with (sweet red, yellow and orange peppers, onions and garlic) and some bar-b-que chicken thighs and drumsticks. Taco bar. We encourage our community members to bring a little something to enhance our event!

e. Pies from Larae's Bakery (apple, cherry, raspberry, peach, blueberry, strawberry rhubarb, key lime & peanut butter)

f. 12:30 pm Highlander Games; Noon registration

g. Cake Competition: Registration from noon to 1:00 pm, judging starts at 1:30 pm. (1) entry per person. Prizes for the top 3 cakes. We are looking for (5) five judges. Leftover's go to the dessert table

h. Kids games (various age groups, age appropriate games and prizes) and the 50 man and woman tug a war!

i. Bouncy House will be available all day

j. Silent Auction: Starts at 11:30 am; Last bid at 3:45 pm

k. Music
