This open-to-the-public community event begins at 9 AM and features patriotic activities throughout the day, including free face painting by Dawn, silk hair sparkles by Lucky Locks from 4- 8 P, and patriotic bag and flower pot painting by Alaska Art & Soul from Noon-5PM.
