The Fairbanks Fiber Festival is a free, family-friendly celebration of Alaskan fiber art!
On Saturday, October 8th and Sunday, October 9th at the Pioneer Park Civic Center, the Fairbanks Fiber Festival is returning in-person for the first time since 2019! Join us for two full days of shopping, hands-on demos, kid's activities, workshops, a silent auction, fiber equipment sale, and more! Our vendor marketplace will include OVER 20 local fiber vendors!
This is an awesome opportunity to meet local fiber artists, farmers and educators, stock up on fiber for winter projects, get a head start on holiday shopping, or learn a new skill!
The Fairbanks Fiber Festival is a collaborative annual event, brought to you by Calypso Farm and Ecology Center, the Fairbanks Weavers and Spinners Guild, the Fairbanks Interior Knit and Crochet Community, and the Folk School.
