Job Description: Duties include handling all accounting transactions and records related to A/R, A/P, credit cards, and the general ledger; payroll processing for employees; reconciling bank and credit card accounts monthly; coordinating with vendors; overseeing employee benefits; working with CPA to prepare yearly tax returns; submitting tax forms and other government documents such as, but not limited to, business registration and renewals, 1099's, and sales tax filings; preparing monthly financial statements and reporting any deviations in budget to management.
Other requirements include proficiency and/or certified in QuickBooks and Excel, bookkeeping minimum of 1 year experience, bachelor's in accounting or 2 years experience to substitute the degree requirement.
