(Fairbanks, AK) -- The Fairbanks North Star Borough is preparing its bid for the 2014 Arctic Winter Games. If you support the games being held here in Fairbanks, would like to volunteer, or have been a past athlete or coach, it's time to get involved and fill out the participant form and be counted!
