Daily direct flights connect Fairbanks to the Lower 48 states. Regional and commuter airlines connect Fairbanks with both urban and rural communities. Fairbanks is, by far, the smallest US market with any form of non-stop scheduled or charter passenger service to both Europe and Asia.

Frankfurt-based Condor Airlines offers once weekly passenger service during the summer season. Japan Airlines operates charter flights from Japan in both summer and winter.
